What we collect when you use this site or get in touch, and what we do with it.

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to send: your company, phone number and details of your project. When you browse the site, our host keeps standard server logs, and we may use analytics to understand how the site is used.
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work and keep the records we're legally required to keep. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Only the services that keep this website and our email running, such as our web host and email provider, under their own data protection terms.
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years for accounting.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@echothirteen.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are stored on your device.
We also store a small cookie to remember your choice. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
